With a packed schedule, it can be easy to fall into the habit of convenient food… and by ‘convenient’ we mean fast and unhealthy… after all, who has time to prepare healthy, filling meals every day? Not us, that’s for sure. In an ideal world, we’d have food delivered to our doors (and offices)….

Deliveries can be tailored to your personal diary and each daily package gives you the correct balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat. After signing up online and having a consultation, a specialist will choose a programme based on your individual needs as well as height, weight and lifestyle choices; the programme options include the likes of: weight loss, healthy eating, training support, pre and post baby, skin and ageing, brain balance, detox and vegetarian. We’ve been drooling over all of the sample menus in the office today! Also, as the snacks, breakfasts and lunches are all designed to be eaten cold, you really can dine and dash of to your next meeting – that really is convenience for you…
